Mattheos
Electronics and Information System Engineer
Mattheos is an Electronics and Information Systems Engineer with 20+ years in the ICT sector as an application engineer, consultant, project manager and pre-sales engineer. His passion for experimenting with innovative uses of ICT for the benefit of individuals triggered an entrepreneurial spark which led to the establishment of a technical consultancy back in 2007 which experimented with ICT-enabled education & training applications focusing on personalized training and interactive multimedia. Mattheos was among the first to receive a grant for experimenting with the educational potential of Augmented Reality in 2009 for educating children about the dangers of being online and the emerging online identities. Since then, he has established several companies across the EU. In 2014 he established ASSERTED KNOWLEDGE as a technical consultancy which supports its customers all the way from initial conception to final implementation and beyond.
Michalis
Electrical Engineer
Michalis is an Electrical Engineer with 15 years in the ICT sector as a consultant, analyst, project manager. He has several certifications in business analysis and project management and has been servicing large ICT integrators from various positions, always involved as a key expert in critical ICT projects for large EU institutions the likes of EUIPO, DG TAXUD, ECHA, OPOCE. Michalis has unique expertise in requirements analysis of complex intellectual property workflows and has been involved in the delivery and evolution of several critical information systems of EUIPO. Together with Mattheos, he established ASSERTED KNOWLEDGE in 2014 to address the identified gaps in the provision of specialized technical expertise concerning the preparation of large ICT bids for EU institutions by ICT integrators.
